La primera es oxigenar el vino y as\u00ed despertar los aromas que a veces quedan \u201cdormidos\u201d por permanecer encerrados en la botella \u2014lo que se llama \u201ctrasvasar\u201d\u2014, y la segunda es evitar que lleguen a la copa los s\u00f3lidos que se forman en el fondo de la misma por el paso del tiempo.
